Financial Aid

Woodrose offers two types of scholarships:

The Friends of Woodrose Foundation (FOW) assists bright and promising students who are currently enrolled in Woodrose and whose families need financial assistance to enable them to continue to benefit from a Woodrose education. Friends of Woodrose Foundation covers fifty percent (50%) of the cost of education.

The criteria for the selection of scholars are as follows:

  • Financial need
  • Outstanding academic record (final grade of at least 90% with no grade lower than 80%)
  • Exemplary moral conduct (personal development grade (PDG) of at least very satisfactory)

Interested applicants may send a letter requesting for financial aid addressed to the FOW President through the FOW Coordinator.

Woodrose School offers a limited number of scholarships through the Land Union Scholarship Program to new students applying to Woodrose  from Grade 1 to Second Year High School.   Full and partial scholarships [up to sixty percent (60%) of the Cost of Education] are granted to the most promising candidates.

The criteria for the selection of scholars are as follows:

  • Financial need
  • General subject average of at least 90% with no grade lower than 80% in any subject
  • Exemplary moral conduct
  • Top-notch Woodrose School entrance exam score
  • Superior communication skills as demonstrated in the interview

In addition to the admission procedure, interested applicants are required to submit the parents' latest and previous year's Income Tax Returns, current bank statements,  and a letter requesting for financial aid addressed to Mrs. Rose Dumlao, the School Registrar.
